We had just 48 hours to enjoy things to do in Salamanca Spain, with our kids. Now that our kids are a bit older, it seems we are finding more and more to enjoy. Our original plans for our 8 week European road trip were to spend at least a week in each place. Well, that went out the window when we knew we would be passing by locations we wanted to visit as well. Salamanca made it on our list for 2 days, and it was wonderful.
You should carve out a couple of hours to visit the Nerja Caves (Cuevas de Nerja), as well as the exterior grounds/park. Just on the Eastern edge of Costa del Sol, bordering Costa Tropical, you will find the town of Nerja, Spain. This is where you will find the fascinating caves of Nerja! Frigiliana Spain – A small white village located on the Eastern edge of the Malaga Province, in Andalucia. Just 6 km in the hills above Nerja and about 45 minutes from the Malaga Airport. This is a perfect place for an afternoon away to explore a quaint Spanish Village. Today we are going to take you on a “Photo Walk” of Calle Real (the main street in the Old part of town). This is the well-preserved part of the village, with a Moorish origin.
