During our 8 week summer road trip, we spent a few days in Valencia. My mom, brother, and I went on a tour with Segway Valencia. These are my favorite tours, because we can see so much in only a few hours.

We traveled over 6000km in Spain & France and stayed in all types of accommodation. We covered it all from Luxury to Misery, ya know the “Get me out of here!” kind. Now it’s time to share it all with you, every place we stayed during our 8 week European road trip. Yes, we will include what we thought and the costs too. Keep on reading!
When anyone mentions Valencia the first vision which comes to my mind is always the City of Arts and Sciences. We think this is a great way for the family to spend the day and if you are on a budget there are some free things to do as well!
Oh how we love Valencia! Last time we visited we stayed in a hotel, but this time we wanted a little more space and a kitchen. We chose Valencia Flats and were pleasantly surprised when we found out we had a terrace too!
Hey Gang! I still find it amusing that I’m the one doing a lot of the family Food posts, but it really gives me insight into some amazing cuisine. Case in point, our Paella Class in Valencia. Long story short: This was a really fun experience for all of us, and I highly recommend it. Plus we will share the paella recipe with you!
Mom and I were walking through the mall and there were so many beautiful dresses on display. We think they were from Royal Spanish families. I had to take pictures so Emma could see the pretty dresses too. I hope you guys like them too.
