Adventures With Anya – A Walk and a Tuk Tuk Chiang Mai

Mom and I did this one together.  We were out trying to get lost in Chiang Mai.  We thought we would just walk until we were either too hot or too tired and then take a Tuk Tuk back home.  I was the last one in the family to get to ride on a Tuk Tuk and I loved it!  Come on with us on our adventure around Chiang Mai.

Thailand Inexpensive? It Was Supposed To Be!

I first visited Thailand over 20 years ago and back then it was dirt cheap.  I think I spent a total of $1000 for a 2 week backpacking trip from Bangkok to Singapore, including my airfare from the US!  Now I have returned as a family of 4 and it doesn’t always feel like it’s the greatest deal around anymore.

Free Activity! Huay Kaew Waterfalls – Chiang Mai Thailand

A couple of days ago my family and I went to visit the Huay Kaew Waterfalls.  We packed our bathing suits and plenty of drinking water and went for the long walk.  Mom said it would be about 45 minutes and it was.  When we arrived we noticed so many butterflies and they were so pretty to watch.
