The new year has begun and with that, we have set some personal goals and we have a fairly clear path to Pueblo Español. As we confessed earlier, Alan and I need to step it up a notch when it comes to speaking Spanish. We shared all of our rational and excuses as to why we aren’t better Spanish speakers, but it needs to stop! We have an opportunity to work with Pueblo Español this year and we don’t want to mess that up! Just a reminder, we need to be at least intermediate level with our Spanish, in order to attend Pueblo Español.
We’ve been back in Spain a few months, and trying to get back into the swing of speaking Spanish. We figured it would be a good idea to take classes like we did when we first arrived three years ago. Luckily we found a great local school named TCLanguages and we are determined to learn Spanish.
So many people think that learning Spanish is next to impossible, but we don’t agree. We have found some tools that have made a world of difference for us while living in Spain. No, we aren’t perfect and please don’t give me a written spelling test! Our goal was two-pronged: 1. To immerse the kids, so they can become fluent. 2.
